VAdmind's Discover.pm plugin

The Discover.pm plugin will provide the following functions:

A) List installed plugins on an enabled VAdmind server, task "plugin_locate" (no data).

B) Provide information of each plugin such as:
   - Author.
   - Task availables.
   - Data required.
   - Type of data.


In addition, this functionality should help to accomplish the following:

A) Create dynamic UI (User Interfaces) on the client application.

B) Avoid to pre-configure specific plugin functionality on the client application.

Example of a BODY xml query:
